RightsTech Women works to increase the numbers of women and girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and to achieve equality in STEM education and employment by 2030. RTW works to make sure stakeholders are more familiar with the rights of girls and women in STEM, and provides hybrid STEM and human rights capacity building.

STEM CAPACITY BUILDING
RightsTech Women trains women and girls on STEM skills including data science, robotics and programming & builds their confidence, skills and networks.
ADVOCACY AND TRAINING
