What are human rights?
Human rights are something that each person has by virtue of being human: you are born with them. Human rights are interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.
Some examples of human rights are: the right to life, the right to the highest attainable standard of health, the right to adequate standard of living, the right to education, the right to equality and to equal treatment under the law, freedom of information, freedom of association, accessibility for persons with disabilities, and access to justice.
