Impact

RightsTech Women trains girls and women on STEM skills needed for the jobs of today and tomorrow. At the same time, it trains stakeholders on human rights applicable to girls and women in STEM education and employment. RightsTech Women has already reached hundreds of participants in our trainings, so far for girls and teachers. Aiming to scale its work to 33 countries in five regions, RightsTech Women’s impact is a network of STEM-skilled and informed rights holders and other stakeholders.

RightsTech Women’s main beneficiaries are girls and women who are learners and professionals in STEM. This includes emerging professionals, such as women who are re-skilling in STEM skills in order to access current tools and information, regardless of their field of employment.
